When will my Punjab Handloom order ship?
Once we receive your order, we begin processing and preparing your product for shipment within 3 business days. For orders placed after 11 AM IST, processing will start the following business day. You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and may not arrive on the same day.
Why is my order status not updating?
We do not update the order status until your product has been shipped. Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received an update within a week, please reach out to us by clicking here, or call us at +91 [your phone number]. Our customer service team will be happy to assist.
Can I request special delivery instructions?
While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we’re happy to accommodate special instructions as much as possible. After placing your order, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to coordinate with our delivery partners to meet your request.
Can you expedite shipping? Do you offer expedited options?
We process all orders on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness to all customers. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
What are the shipping costs?
We strive to make our products accessible to as many people as possible. Shipping is free for most regions within India. However, for certain remote locations outside standard delivery zones, there may be a small shipping fee. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown during checkout.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
At Punjab Handloom, we ensure the quality of every product we ship. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
What is the return policy?
Once you’ve initiated a return, you will need to provide your official email and bank account details through our contact form. Upon receipt of your details, we will confirm the refund initiation, and you will receive the refund in your account within 5 business days.

How long do I have to place a return request?

No, returns are free of charge. We handle all returns systematically with customer satisfaction in mind.
What documents do I need to return an item?
Please have a copy of your invoice ready when returning a product. You will need to present this to the pickup agent to complete the return.
What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?
If there’s any discrepancy with your refund, please contact us with a copy of your invoice, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
What amount is refunded if I return within the trial period?
If you return your item within the 100-day trial period, and it is free from damage, stains, or tears, you will receive 100% of your money back.
Can I return my product after the trial period?
Unfortunately, returns cannot be made after the 100-day trial period, unless your product qualifies under our warranty claim guidelines, as outlined in the FAQ section.
How long does the return process take?
Once a return request is submitted, we’ll reach out within 48 hours to confirm the return. Pickup will be arranged shortly after. Once the item is collected and confirmed, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours. Depending on your payment method, it may take 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
I paid with Cash on Delivery. How do I get a refund?
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we can easily refund the amount to your bank account. Just provide your bank details on our contact page, and the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
What if my card is no longer active?
If your card is no longer active, you can share your bank account details with us on the contact page. The refund will be processed to the provided account within 5 business days.
What happens to returned products?
We do not resell returned items. Each product you purchase from us is brand new. Returned items are either donated or responsibly disposed of.
